Confirm that proxy arp is disabled, no ip redirects, no ip directed broadcast, etc. Anything there that could possibly be an obvious source of additional processor time. (on top of all the other showcmds and troubleshooting from the link above) |

We do have proxy arp disabled, but ip redirects and directed broadcast traffic are used (at least to my knowledge). |
