And an unfair when logs continue to show remote a remote computer slowly bleeding the bw limits 24/7. this is unauthorized usage. At this rate the 250 cap will be reached in little more than 10 days. Thanks for the help, It would be nice to see the fcc put a stop to fraudulent bw metering. Actually you need to learn more about viruses and worms and yes some modem/routers have been infected. Amazing and you work for them. Study a lil more. you will find out Yes remote viruses. and Yes modem/routers can get infected. Wow! amazing what lil more experience could help you help others.

Post in the Direct forum before you go to the FCC and maybe someone can get this resolved quickly and easily.
