Lines down from CL&P pole 592

I have talked to several people in some remote call center. The line from the junction box to the NID (outside my house) is still on the ground. We have been with this situation for 13 days now, and I can not get an escalation.

All other energized lines have been restored to the property.

This will be our fifth attempt to get the service line restored. As a former TSAC affiliate, I think some escalation can be done. The restoration should not take more than one hour.

Should you need to contact us - the house number is [removed]

Just FYI:
I had to see a customer in an out-of-the-way area of Farmington today and couldn't drive 100 yards without passing an AT&T truck. They're definitely out there, all over CT. Now be a squeaky wheel and get them over to your area, unless the title of your thread already got you some attention [it's possible!].
