this is how I did it a logged in. clicked the my services button at the top then upgrade/renewal. It took me to a new page and there was a little box that says offers or something. and if you click it it lists you can get showtime/Spanish/300 and i think there was one more option But you have to select the services you want them add them to the cart and hit checkout to select what reward you want to pick.
