I just added online the TV service and upgrade to 25/25 to my existing internet service. For some reason after a minute of submitting the order change I lost internet connection. To get the service back I had to reset the ONT. I checked the speed and it's still the same. I there a reason why this happened? The installation date is for 1 week later.
