Re: IGNORE this thread Right now I'm ignoring this thread in stealth mode.
I think I'll tap out a few tunes and go to bed.

Will DSLR award a prize for the first post of the 100th page of a "IGNORE THIS THREAD" thread ? |

I don't believe it.
100 pages of Ignorance, and I helped !

Bonus points to those who can locate where this great (but difficult) downhill is. |

Hah - It's King's Highway, which interestingly enough is the name of Ontario's entire provincial highway network. |

Clyde Mountain pass. This isn't to Eubodalia though. That roads goes to Bateman's Bay. |

So yes, it's Eurobodalla |

jfmezeiPremium join:2007-01-03 Pointe-Claire, QC kudos:22 | While everyone has been ignoring this thread, I have been captivated with this NBC documentary about a bunch of people with special powers who call themselves "Heroes".
Man, the stuff is addictive on Netflix since you can watch episodes back to back without any advertising.
And Zachary Quinto is sooo different in this one from the spock we all know from Star Trek 2009.
We now return you to the regularly scheduled ignoring while I watch S1 E20
Reminder to self: sell stocks in matches company because more and more people no longer need matches as they can start a fire in the palm of their hand. |

OinktasticLet them use fibre join:2005-08-24 Scarborough kudos:2 | You can ignore anything past about season 3. It fizzled out as they kept going back in time to correct things and I found it rather ridiculous after a while. |
|
jfmezeiPremium join:2007-01-03 Pointe-Claire, QC kudos:22 | Am up to season two now. I had read that after season 1 it was donwhill, but season 2 still has some good parts but I can see them starting to stretch the storyline.
Still very addictive on netflix without commercials and being able to watch episode after episode.
It also shows that the legacy letworks are able to produce good content, but it is ruined when presented with commercials and with one episode per week with many weeks of reruns. |
|

jfmezeiPremium join:2007-01-03 Pointe-Claire, QC kudos:22 | I shall diligently ignore the fact that they got Montréal geography wrong in Heroes !
121 St- Jacques is near the old Bank of Montréal branch across Place d'Armes from the Notre dame Cathedral.
But they depict a store at the corner of StLaurent and St-jacques, and that is at the superior court building (tall modern building).
How dare they make such a geographical error !! But hey, Montreal got mentioned |

Has that newfangled NetFlix got a [Pause] button or something ? |

jfmezeiPremium join:2007-01-03 Pointe-Claire, QC kudos:22 | said by Davesnothere:Listen, JF, that may all be fine and fair, but what happens when ya gotta pee ? Yeah, that is a really tough problem. On the one hand, you don't want to interrupt the program, but on the other hand, you do need to take a break now and then (kitchen for snack and then toilet...)
The best time is between episodes. Instead of pressing the "play" button to get the next episode, you get up to gosub kitchen or toilet depending on need and when you get back, you press "play".
And yeah it does have a pause feature. (and you can rewind as well).
Gotta try this flying thing. |

jfmezeiPremium join:2007-01-03 Pointe-Claire, QC kudos:22 | I shall be ignoring a lot of things (from this topic all the way to "common sense") while embarking on another "Heroes" watching marathon. (I know i intend to watch only a few, but realise that once you start, you can't stop).
Starting at S03:E04
(Netflix gives it in HD 5.1) |

 | reply to mazhurg Can you ignore not only this thread but another one as well?
I'm ignoring this thread as I wait for my dog to finish his seizure.
