i heard this on the radio a few days ago and wonder if this is going to be bad news for Millenicom users. seems like there could be a bunch of new iPhone users gobbling up bandwidth. anyone else have thoughts on this?
Being everyone else is doing it, they will probably put a cap on soon, or start throttling if it congest the network.. I mean, Verizon and ATT virtually have the same data plans now side from some small differences.. I expect them to jump on the "where else are they gonna go?" banwagon
reply to fred_341 Sprint's 3G can't possibly get any worse IMHO. But iPhone's use no more data than Androids. The only thing I fear is them getting a lot more smartphone users from other carriers and people who never have had smartphones, that may kill the network like it did AT&T in 2008-2009.
