I bought my XBox Live card on eBay as a daily deal for like $35, I got an email about some special or something awhile back and re-up’d for another 6 months for $20. Add in your free first month and that’s 19 months for $55, less than $3 bucks a month when broken down.

$60 is the retail price now. I've never payed anywhere close to the retail price for Xbox live or MS points. You can always find deals on them.
