Beverly Hills, CA | [Eastern Ontario] Mayday (Cornwall) okay... so im trying to figure out what im spending $144 on a month...
I moved in Aug 15th and had nothing but problems with cogeco. My internet and phone doesn't work from 12 to 6pm on most days, and forget watching VOD most of the time.
im just going to list it in point form
-1st time the guy changed my modem (Worked 100% for a week)
-2nd guy installed the phone changed the modem (Worked for 3 days)
-Phone tag for a week with tech for various reasons
- wrong postal code
-wrong phone number
-wrong names on the account
-missing primary e-mail address from paper work (when insalled)
-wrong mailing address
im sure im missing some but you get the idea
-3rd guy told me nothing was wrong ( I would have bet my life on it too) from 11/16/11 tell today the internet went out at 12pm tell 5 or 6pm every day until today. Im sure by tomorrow it will be back to normal (going out at the same time)
Now im not mad at anyone that has tired to help, but this is getting to be a little much. I have took 2 days off of work in the last month to deal with cogeco and still nothing has changed or really been fixed.
My job always keeps me on call, so when my phone doesn't work I don't work... job gets mad fires me, cogeco doesn't get paid. not good for me, cogeco loses nothing.
anyways just lost of what to do next... maybe i'll go watch a movie on VOD... please wait 5 minutes and try again lol
I could post speed tests and line tests but whats the point everything is 100% right now. |

| Hey Marcer, while you're at it.... what's the status on Ultimate services in Cornwall? The reason I ask is, I'm actually looking at houses out there at the moment and thinking of moving there.
Is it all wired up for Docsis3?
