| Verizon will most likely help you, but you'll get a BIG SLAP on the fanny by Millenicom.....been there, experienced that.
said by inman :Came home from work and took 15 minutes to get online and bring up my home page. Now on 90 % of the sites I try I get the " Can Not Connect" or Timed Out. Everything was fine in the AM. Been trying to call Millenicom for 3 hours and all I get is everyone is busy please hold and that's what I've been doing for 3 hours. Anyone else with this issue today or trouble calling support. Thought about calling Verizon, but figured they would just put me off. |
 | reply to inman Yes, when I got home at about 4PM central time, I noticed that any of the google pages and millenicom's website were the only sites that I could get to load, nothing else would load at all. My virus software update did work though. Anyway, I took the modem out of the router and put it back in and it has worked fine since, but it seems to be getting a little slow here in the evening now, Millenicom told me that Verizon is having an issue, I don't know if it is just a local issue or a widespread issue, what state and town are you located in? |
