She said the network was congested. Been congested for almost 2 weeks now for my experience .

PS just call tech support tell them the MAC on your modem and flat out ask if your being managed that's all they need. |

Any thought on the above ? What is your usage, and what market are you in.. city? If its above 15-20Gigs most likely being managed. |

 celoco join:2002-12-13 Los Angeles, CA | reply to jjmor97a you can tell easily.. do a speedtest.. on this site or speedtest.net and if the speedtest acts erractic. like everything isnt smooth then your probably being managed..
i noticed that when im being managed speedtest act funny because of the throttle.. it isnt smooth..
just do a speedtest and you will see what i mean |
