True.

4.1 included the following quick note:

Druids now innately have 100% pushback protection from damage while channeling Tranquility.

however, given that you will be standing in one place while channeling it, it's not a bad idea to pop it for its dmg reduction, and it would allow you to cancel tranq and roll right into an HT to save a tank or something.
