[Chrome] How do I switch themes or uninstall one?

I'm using Iron and I can't see where the themes download to or how to switch from one to another or how to uninstall a theme. I think the themes I downloaded are only partially working because the last one (I can't find the others I downloaded) has the right colors but the tabs look like the theme I was first using for Iron (Mulberry...I don't know how to switch back to it either much less use any others I downloaded). Maybe I should ask this on the Iron forum but I know some here are using Iron rather than Chrome.

To uninstall a theme or to remove the theme's file from your computer - paste in the address bar:

chrome://extensions/and hit enter

The installed theme should be displayed (with the option to uninstall/remove).

You can also go to the wrench menu

Select Options

Personal Stuff

In the Themes section, click Reset to default theme.

There's a button there

I saw that revert to default theme in Options. But I have at least 5 themes. So, does clicking on that delete ALL of the themes? If so, that means I have to search for them again through THOUSANDS of themes? That is crazy.

There is no way to switch from one theme to another (except to switch back to the default one)?

This has got the crudest, most ridiculous handling of themes of any browser I can remember since I got a computer many years ago.

Why do people use a browser that is obviously not ready for public use? Contrast with Fx where I have one theme and at least 10 Personas installed. I can switch instantly from one to another, or uninstall just one of them, etc. Chrome has been around long enough to have written some theme handling options. It should not have themes at all if it has no way to handle themes.

Because not everyone needs to theme their browser.

P.S. You can bookmark the theme/install page e.g. »tools.google.com/chrome/intl/en/···age.html

But as far as I know, you can't "have" five themes "installed", only one at a time is installed/active -- at any rate I couldn't find a list of previously installed ones to choose from...

Yes, I can bookmark them, but not realizing I needed to do that, I didn't even try to remember the names so now I have to go search again for them which is going to take a lot of time. Thank you though for explaining that only one theme at a time is installed. That is not expected to be the case if the user has been using Fx or Opera most of the time.

Since Chrome has so many themes, I would think your comment about not everyone needing to theme their browser applies to a fairly small subset of chrome users. If themes were not extremely popular there would not be so many to choose from. Opera has thousands of themes too and you can have a bunch installed and switch among them.
