A library nobody uses anymore? A university network that gets saturated by kids downloading illegal movies, music, and programs?
Yeah. That's what I want. An almost unlimited bucket of money provided by the people of Wisconsin to pay for kid's learning to steal stuff.
Seriously, make people pay for what they use and they won't abuse it. And you won't build a pie in the sky liberal black hole network to throw money down year after year. |

If they had a choice, they would most likely choose something else. universities provide education, important to improving society. While the benefits may not be tangible to you, with your limited understanding, there is plenty of research to back up the fact that decreases in education are in fact bad for society as a whole.
