To make it official, he needs to be "blessed" by officially becoming a Operator of said equipment until he longer desires to continue being an Operator, is unable, or has been removed for cause by the board. It is understood that the system is now and will remain the property of jaynick
If any operator is no longer actively managing one or more systems, their Operator status will cease.
