Did nobody make a fuss or raise issues in the local media to fight this?
What was the stance of the Govenor?

You mean Walker? What was his stance. Gosh... I don't know... where would Scott Walker come down on writing laws that benefited a private corporation over the people? Hmm... if it was a choice between a more expensive private choice and sucking tax money off of the citizens of Wisconsin to funnel to a big company like AT&T... Hmmm... that's tough.
