| [CenturyTel] East Texas Outage(OVTNTXXARS0) Well after almost a year of horrible internet through CenturyLink(they even went back and read me a list of the "exhaustions" dating over a year back, all with no repair orders.)
A few days ago they said well the DSLAM was exhausted again and they were going to go fix it, I called them back asking why haven't they fixed it and was told "They over sold their bandwidth and now its upgraded to a outage, it has a repair date of the 26th."
So now anyone on the OVTNTXXARS0 DSLAM and possibly more have to deal with 2 weeks of google taking 3 minutes to return search results.
I don't think in the past 10 years I have had Embarq/CenturyLink I have ever experienced a quality product, too bad they have a monopoly in this area. |
