Does anybody else have trouble with the recently upgraded Cox voicemail system hearing DTMF tones? It seems to work about 50% of the time, and 50% of the time it never hears the tones. I've used different phones, reset the eMTA, nothing seems to make any difference. -- "Don't steal. The government hates competition." Beyond AM. Beyond FM. XM
"Here we are in Las Vegas - new voicemail was supposed to happen on 6/8 and now we have NO VOICEMAIL for 2 days..."servers not working" but the techs have 'identified the problem and are working on it'. Still no voicemail! I'm not happy Cox!!"
