Not any more, the internets been golbal for years.If we where to shut it dow by say - trying to remoe the top level domains or something, someone else could make their own i-Cann variant and do their own names lists, etc and it would be back up in almost no time... There is just too much money to be made on the net, therefore it would not stay dead even if our government wanted to - it would have to resort to measures that would harm even its own interests. |
