Starting to look like no where in Va has it (although I think, not sure, Warrenton/Fauquier County does)

Fauquier does D3, along with all of NoVA - Prince William, Reston, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Loudoun, Alexandria, and Arlington. So does Richmond city, Henrico County, and Chesterfield.

I'm in a former Adelphia area. When I do a tracerout it goes through Staunton (not far from the other guy from Waynesboro area.)

About a month ago I was upgraded from 6/1 to 8/2 at no charge (so far).

I was told by a comcast employee that came into work one day that Staunton was upgraded. I tried checking my work address in Staunton and it didn't show D3 speeds.

I don't have a D3 modem here in Lexington, so I guess I can't be sure I don't have D3. Right now I rent from Comcast at $5 per month, if it goes up to $10 I'll buy a D3 modem just to save money and be ready for D3 when it hits.

With Comcast's PowerBoost feature, how can you tell from speedtests if we've been upgraded?

The speedtest here (selecting Comcast in Washington, DC) gave me the following:

Download 8995 Kbps
Upload 2995 Kbps

Speedtest.net gave me the following:

Download 15.20 Mbps
Update 2.69 Mbps
