I'm in a former Adelphia area. When I do a tracerout it goes through Staunton (not far from the other guy from Waynesboro area.)
About a month ago I was upgraded from 6/1 to 8/2 at no charge (so far). |

I was told by a comcast employee that came into work one day that Staunton was upgraded. I tried checking my work address in Staunton and it didn't show D3 speeds.

I don't have a D3 modem here in Lexington, so I guess I can't be sure I don't have D3. Right now I rent from Comcast at $5 per month, if it goes up to $10 I'll buy a D3 modem just to save money and be ready for D3 when it hits. |

With Comcast's PowerBoost feature, how can you tell from speedtests if we've been upgraded?
The speedtest here (selecting Comcast in Washington, DC) gave me the following:
Download 8995 Kbps
Upload 2995 Kbps
Speedtest.net gave me the following:
Download 15.20 Mbps
Update 2.69 Mbps
