Fios Deployment in Boston I would have Fios here in Boston if I could get it. I would love the high upload that Fios has. I have 20/2 with RCN. Great stable uncapped connection. I can get 60/6 with RCN, at a price I don't want to spend. This city would have a high take rate from Fios as it has a high tech savy culture. Our idiot mayor wanted Verizon to have conditions for Fios deployment that make no sense. 100% deployment, 2 year install of the entire city. There are small areas of the city with zero Verizon service as it is now, so how can you have 100% deployment in that case? Also Verizon stopped deployment until they got a statewide video franchise. |
