Qwest "service" Mine is the same way...I have called in numerous times due to my internet being non-functional it is so slow. They said it really is because others are on that particular line. Their bill pay site is frequently down too. Funny thing to have you internet company have a site that doesn't work! When I've called in they act like I've never paid a bill on their fabulous site before and that it is totally user error, even though I explain that I've used it many times. Another time I called in (their site was down so much that it was delaying my bill being paid and making it almost late), I had to repeat the same information about 5 times before he actually heard what I was calling about. They are rediculously frustrating!
