I got my mini boxes today(10 days to get them). I am not going to hookup until more channels require them. In the end I hope I don't need them at all.

Got boxes on Saturday and remote works fine on one tv. The other one a magnavox about 9 years old turns tv off but will not turn back on. I counted like 5 cn2 channels are there supposed to be that many?

I counted 4 cn2 channels on 2, 102, 244 and 402. I called insight because the box wouldn't work on like 20 different channels. They told me to unplug for 15 seconds and the channels still would not come in. Now insight is coming on Monday. They came about 2:30 and the cable was a little loose in the other bedroom and it fixed it. On the remote I have to push the set button twice to turn tv on.

I have been considering switching to ATT Uverse. I called insight about switching and they knocked $30 off my monthly bill for 12 months. Now if they could just get a whole house DVR that doesn't cost as much as the single DVR's.

We broke down and got a third DVR. Picked it up myself and did a self install. I found out when there, that Insight sells HDMI cables to customers. $6 for a 6 foot cable.

I wish we had that option. We are about 500 feet too far. Some of my neighbors have it but I can't get it.
