My experience with CableCARD's is that you just have to cross your fingers and hope you get lucky. A majority of the time, the Comcast technician will show up without the card or with a couple old single stream cards. Most technicians also seem to think that Multistream cards are the same thing as Tru2Way, which is not the case. I have never had a CableCARD installation completed in one visit.
