Actually, my speed is better than ever, usually getting 1.2, now I'm at 1.5 as advertised, but my ping!
It was usually at around 70-90 for most websites, and games. Now it's at ~150. I may just be a conspiracy theorist, but I think they slowed down everyone's connection who's on 1.5 to a. phase us out b. phase us out by making us switch to their faster services, therefore giving them more money,.
I have been experiencing this too at 1.5 down...but in my area 1.5 is the highest I can get. I don't think they would ruthlessly slow down everyone's connection deliberately like that.
