Re: switch to Fusion has been a mess so far :( I've seen two other customers similarly affected, and I'm thinking it might be the same issue. Robbie is the one working those cases, will you call 707-522-1000 and ask for him and see if he can help? He was trying to run down the issue and see what's going wrong and if it's something we can detect in advance and prevent.
Sorry for the trouble! We're turning up many circuits per day smoothly, but three now that I'm aware of have had trouble, so clearly there's an issue we need to fix.
