IP to Telco/Dialup...Such a thing?

My parents run a home business in another state and when the internet acts up, it becomes difficult to troubleshoot over the phone with them.

I'd like to be able to dial-in to their network, however, I do not have a phone line (they do). Is there a way/service that I can essentially tunnel through to a phone line to dial-in to their system?

My other thought is to have a backup internet connection from another provider, but that's still up in the air.

Thanks.

As far as I know they are no proxy services to do what you want. You could set something up yourself at your office if you have permission.

Do they have cell phone data service at the business? If so could you set things up for them to VPN into your network when they have a problem?

What sort of phone service do you have? If you have VoIP you ought to be able to use dial up but at a very low speed due to compression.
