I really don't see the point of using PRI these days. Most of these anyways are going to be VoIP to a gateway at your site and then converted to PRI, probably by Cisco IAD. If you get one of the "integrated T1" you can get SIP signaling for the voice and really the voice is under $100/month add-on to the data. Also on PRI you will pay tax on the full amount. There is no tax on internet service so you just pay tax on the voice add-on!

At the time I needed 20+ lines and about 20k minutes of long distance per month, the best deal I found was a "LD T1" for something like $450 and $0.015 a minute.
