Good grief man - how many lines do you have. I never seen a NID maxed out before!
If you look carefully, you'll see that only 4 lines are wired on the house side. And I think only 3 on the telco side. One of the previous occupants had 3 lines. I used to have 2 lines, but currently only have 1.
