What's the difference between Bit Torrent and DVR's and (free)Hulu? Its all the same. Downloading TV without paying for it.
You are wrong in your comparison. I acknowledge that Bit Torrent is free and nothing gets paid to the program's creator. DVR is NOT free to me. It has been paid for by my monthly payment for Cable or Satellite (ie: Just because I am time shifting, I have paid for it just as if I had watched it as it aired). As for Free Hulu, I "pay" for it via watching the supplied commercials and via my Internet access fee (ie: It is the same as watching the show OTA - ie: I am supplied with it free of charge in exchange for my eyeball in being exposed to he commercials [my actually watching them is the crap shoot by HULU/The TV Station]).

The monthly DVR fees and Hulu ads are a drop in the bucket of the proper amount of compensation to Hollywood.

And as I said before, you can download the Hulu Streams and so you won't see any ads. Here's one way: »www.freewaregenius.com/2010/03/1···p-guide/

Bit Torrent is my DVR.
