Re: Total nonsense like i said; you need to know who to talk to. Rentions (the ACTUAL Customer Service Dept) can over ride that system. They're the only ones that can do things of that sort; and give items away free without issues. They'll even bill new phones to your phone bills. I've been there and done that with Sprint. They're the only department that knows what to do.

| Didnt' talk to the right rep that would do it then. Just keep trying. Tell them you know they can do it. And ask to speak to a Supervisor.
