Re: [net] Eastcoast problem?? MD.. According to all of the tier 2 and 3 techs that have looked at my tickets, the issue seems to be faulty PON cards at the CO. Good luck getting them to put you on a new one though.
The tech I talked with said it was a problem with my router's configuration so he reset it (which I already did) and then did some tests with the ONT (»Verizon Online FiOS FAQ »What is ONT: Optical Network Terminal?). Still getting bad ping times and some dropped packets but speed is back to normal. Time will tell...
