Take a thin tshirt and put it over your finger. Touch the phone and be surprised your capacatance can go thru it.
Most clothes pockets are very thin material so if an iphones screen was facing the persons leg it can pocket dial.
Please stop suggesting to others since you are not aware of such concepts. |

First off all for that to be true the phone would have to be unlocked. Second of all most jeans/pants/shorts pockets are too thick for that to work. Third, this is a woman we are talking about. She most likely uses a purse. |

BTW, even with a touch screen you can pocket dial with an iphone. I sometimes refer to it as nipple dial when its in my front pocket. I myself have dialed accidentially a few times, it just takes the right condition of humidity and pocket contents.
