| ATT is great there are people who got stressed out with at&t's technical support, yes. its because most of these guys are new hires and they do use english as a second language... they are still scared to talk to people who really know the language and at the same time while talking to the customers these representatives are still thinking on WHAT SEEMS to be the problem on your end.. hmmm... the only thing that you should do is to be patient and bare with the agent on the other line. because it is their duty to make every customer fully satisfied with the service. hmmmm. another thing is that if you dont wanna talk to their technical support, You can always do everything by yourself by checking on their helpsite... its att.com/esupport. everything is in detail, including screenshots on the seps that should be followed. |
