recovering inactive account

hey, i'm posting on behalf on my friend who had an account made here at DSLR some time ago but lost track of it over the years. Recently, he has rediscovered it and would like to use it again (apparently it has some sentimental value to him). Is there anyway to recover the account without losing acct specifics like post history/join date etc? He said he would be willing to upgrade to premium this time around if that would facilitate the process. The account in question is "Greyfox35"

After almost 7 years of inactivity, I'm guessing the chances of reactivation would be "slim or none". The name is up for grabs (available) so why not just create a new account and use the old name? Going "premium" this time would garner about all the accesses and priviledges that were originally gained with the old account.

That account has been inactive and closed for 7 years or so. The best thing for your friend to do is just make a new account.
