are you sure you have the 3g4g adapter? I think the manager is universal. The adapter you purchase decides which you get. One is for 3g, 0ne is for 4g, and one is for 3g4g. Ide have have to second the logic of why anyone would want to connect 3g when 4g is available. I asume the 3g4g adapter is for travel out of a 4g area when 3g is available
