Really? Well it has never happened to PP! Does not matter what year it is, I bet if this was to happen to PP you would spew on about history repeats itself? I love PP but with God as my witness the day they pull half the s#$t ViaTalk does is the day I leave this forum. For crying out loud they are an Upstate NY VoIp provider with NO upstate NY phone numbers, HA!

That you know of. I am sure the actual PP reps could say either way, but it could be labeled "an issue" and you would be none the wiser.
