Re: [Future9] Rate surprises (and not good ones) I'm a big F9 fan but this is ridiculous. The OP should be charged the posted rates. Anything else is bait and switch and potentially grounds for a lawsuit.
IMO, Nitzan needs to update his web site to at least say that if the grey route is not available, the customer will be routed over XYZ at an increased price and then mention that F9 is not responsible for the extra charges. Customers using grey should always make sure to check their CDR logs. |
