Enter this Brazil cellular (This is not my number, I made it up and am removing the last two digits here for privacy. But I have used my cell number in Brazil with identical results.)

F9 site = $0.106 (for both grey and white). $0.112 for premium
I have no comment but to quote from the comparevoipproviderrates FAQ, which says:
(Question) "A provider's rates display as one of the lowest - but the rates they charge are different!"
(Answer) "Unfortunately, not all providers are honest, and we fully expect providers to try and run bait-and-switch schemes to rate well on the engine, then change the rate shortly after when the users have already purchased credit." |

It's not relevant to point out that a comparison site created by a VoIP provider for advertising purposes falsely lists their own rates as lower than their competitors? Not to mention it is 100% against FTC regulations. |
