Wow...you drink the kool-aid a little bit too much. If Comcast is such a great company then explain to me why JD-Power's associates ranks them dead last in Customer Service??? The company is pathetic and only grows because consumers have no other choice.
Comcast is nowhere near the worst company in America but they may become just that if the acquisition of NBC goes through. Comcast / NBC means higher prices (even higher than the standard cable increases) and nothing good will come from such vertical integration for consumers.
