There's nothing on the netstatus page [not that they'd bother to put anything there anyway], but you probably already know that.

Hopefully there's scheduled or unscheduled maintenance going on, they haven't done the final testing, and they'll figure out there's a problem when they check it.

Otherwise you'll have to rattle Support's cage and see if they can rip/rebuild [if I were a Covad tech with access to the right controls, that'd be what I'd do at this point; you've power-cycled and done all of the other Tier-One Support things and the line looks OK*].

One last question, though: What does your upstream noise figure look like? I only see the one for downstream. If you had some sort of RFI in the LF/lower MF range, it could theoretically affect your upload without affecting your download very much [except for saturated upload choking off the download eventually if it got bad enough].

I'd have to swap out the Modem. The Siemens/Efficient 4200 Router/Modem doesn't show upstream data except sync rate.
