In a lot of areas it's tmobiles not so robust network. AT&T isn't having this issue in many markets becuase of them deploying 3G on high quality 850mhz which works indoors muh better than aws like tmobile uses -- I get 29 MPG in my Toyota Highlander Hybrid!
