Is Comcast VOIP modem Docsis 3.0 compatible?

I've searched all over the web. I have the RCA DHG-535 modem with internet and phone.

I need to know if this is a docsis 3.0 modem? I have ordered the 50 extreme tier but only see speeds up to 12mbps down and 4mbps up.

The reps at my local office say the modem is fine but I wanted to make sure. They have been known to read from cue cards and not have actual knowledge.

No. It's not D3 compatible.

As we can see the only D3 eMTA is the Arris 702G

Now this eMTA may not be available in your area, so you might have to go with a standalone modem and a standalone eMTA
