Tallahassee, FL | Is Comcast VOIP modem Docsis 3.0 compatible? I've searched all over the web. I have the RCA DHG-535 modem with internet and phone.
I need to know if this is a docsis 3.0 modem? I have ordered the 50 extreme tier but only see speeds up to 12mbps down and 4mbps up.
The reps at my local office say the modem is fine but I wanted to make sure. They have been known to read from cue cards and not have actual knowledge. |

As we can see the only D3 eMTA is the Arris 702G
Now this eMTA may not be available in your area, so you might have to go with a standalone modem and a standalone eMTA |
