| Dissolution of marriage - Florida
It's time to close a long drawn-out drama-filled chapter in my life and officially get divorced. Tomorrow I'm meeting the man i've been married to for 19 years (end of this month) that I've called my ex because we've been split up for more than half that time. Alot of reasons why the divorce didn't happen, but we've both contacted each other mutually to take care if this.
I'm just curious to know if there are any hidden laws in Florida as far as quick dissolution? We are both amicable about the divorce, we just want to go away peacefully. We have actually spoken civil lately. I'm printing out a bunch of forms and I am confused about some of them. I dont remember all these forms when we got hitched, and it's a helluva lot more expensive to split

Glendale, AZ | How have you two been running your finances all this split up time. Since you are not officially divorced I would think anyone that wanted to could go after either of you?

I did the quick dissolution 'home kit' and its very easy. Agree to a few check boxes. Make sure the two of you agree to division of assets, send in the papers with you check.
You get a court date in about two to three weeks and about an hour later you are done. No lawyers needed. |

there are no assets to split up or "agree to". we've been separated for over 10 years. Nothing we have in our lives has to do with the other.

Glendale, AZ | Then if you have not recently done it just pull those free credit reports directly from like eqafax, transunion etc. (yes spelling is off) directly just to make doubly sure. Mistakes happen. |
