| Newbie lost all HD channels...
After 10 days of trying to get my new U-verse installation to work, AT&T almost made it 48 hours with no problems in the TV, phone or Internet services.
Then, today, my TV froze on an HD channel. Turning the TV off didn't help. Rebooting the RG didn't help. Now, I can see SD channels, but I get a blue screen telling me I'm not subscribed to any of the HD channels I had been watching. I'm a UV300 customer.
AT&T support says it's a network outage and should clear up in 72 hours. Is this common?
