| Want to Complain about Tech
Hi All, I had to have an additional box set up. At the time I made the appt., I asked for a different tech to come out. I get the same damn tech! I really enjoy listening to the tech as he works on his f'in' cell phone!

| I imagine that he was talking on his cell phone (personal business?) while he was working. I know my install tech was on his phone with AT&T because they wouldn't send a I/R Tech out, and then when they did, we couldn't connect.

He never introduced himself. I freaking recognized him the last time. Does not have his own tools and is asking me for tools. Never showed me how to operate the TV and the box... Luckily I am savvy enough to have figured it out on my own. Had a freaking review while he was on the job here last time!!!! Left no channel guide for the TV.

| reply to simplykristi GESH I am pissed... Just walked down into my room and found that ceiling tiles were not replaced properly by the tech and did not bother to clean up after himself. Is there a number I can call to complain about this guy? He is NEVER stepping foot in our home again.
