I thought I had the package that I got all the HD channel, and this weekend noticed that I don't get MTV, Speed and several others.
Anyone else notice this in Orange County? |

| Re: MTV -- are you referring to Palladia (#711)? Because otherwise, the is no MTV-HD channel... What happens when you try to tune that channel?
Which package did you sign up for? Essentials or Extreme?
You can view the channel listings from here: »www22.verizon.com/Residential/Fi···neup.htm |

If you had the Premier package, and didn't upgrade it to Extreme HD, then you don't have all the HDs. They stopped adding HD to Premier when they invented the Extreme tier. |

The only hd channels I dont get are premium ones that I dont subscribe to. -- At first I thought everyone on the highway was drunk but then I realized I was driving in Florida |

Call them, then. You must have EssentialsTV, which is the default with 15/5.
They're probably saying $10 more, since the default with ExtremeTV is 25/15. |

| reply to AnthemAVM I thought, if you had Essentials, the ONLY HD channels you got were the local stations (CBS, ABC, etc.)? Do you really get a lot more stations than that with Essentials? If so, which ones? The channel listings on verizon.com show only HD local stations with Essentials.
Thanks! |
