[Eastern Ontario] Upload Speeds?

It seems like my upload speeds are very slow tonight compared to other times.

I ran a speed test and here's what it gave me for results:

Download 5.58 MB/s
Upload 0.83 MB/s

I'm currently on the High Speed Internet Regular plan with Cogeco and have been for many years.

Am I just having one of those nights or is something out of the ordinary?

It just seemed like my uploads weren't going as fast as they normally do. Plus earlier they weren't uploading at all.

I appreciate the input.
