1 edit | New Game Suggestion?
I've been wanting to find a new game to play but can't seem to find anything interesting on my own.
Games I've enjoyed: Half-Life (1 & 2) The Sims (1, 2, 3) Sim City 4 The Realm Online Age of empires (all of them) Unreal GTA (all of them) Far Cry (I had mixed feelings, but it was OK) Need For Speed Underground (I didn't care for any of the others)
I've tried: Crysis (I hated it) Spore (I hated it) Tropico 3 (I hated it)
Any suggestions? Thanks
System Specs: Q6600 Quad Core, 8800GT 512MB, 8.0 GB Ram, Vista x64. 22" 1680X1050 Screen |

| reply to MJimLay Call of Duty Modern Warfare and World at War had fun single player campaigns. F.E.A.R. 2 was decent and you can get that one pretty cheap these days.
Warhammer Online is free to play Tier 1 (no time limit) and Dungeons and Dragons Online is free to play as well. Warhammer's Tier 1 is pretty fun, IMO.
Have you picked up the Orange box yet? Portal and Team Fortress 2 are both great games.
Mass Effect is $10 on Steam this weekend. I bought it and I'm downloading it now. Mass Effect has a pretty good reputation and at $10, I'm sure it's worth it.
Prey was decent, worth $7 IMO: »www.gogamer.com/Prey-for-PC-PC-G···prod.htm
If you're a Tolkien fan and like MMOs, Lord of the Rings Online is pretty good. Mature player base but you have to group up alot to do the story quests. $10 for the 1st month is worth it. »www.gogamer.com/Lord-of-the-Ring···prod.htm
If you like RTSs, Age of Mythology Gold and Rome total War gold are both $10 @ gogamer. I've played neither because I don't care for RTSs but I remember them getting good reviews: »www.gogamer.com/Age-of-Mythology···prod.htm

I can't really think of anything else ATM. |

I just recently upgraded the ram from 4 GB to 8 GB a month or two ago. My current project is getting a 2nd hard drive. I only have a 750 GB drive in this system and has less than 4% free on it, so I am going to be adding a 1 TB or a 1.5 GB drive to use as a 2nd drive. After that is upgraded, I'll work on a new video card |
