Difference in XP home & Win7 on attachments upload.

This was uploaded with an edit.
On my XP computer I can upload attachments as I have for ages but on my Win7 computer I must upload a statement like this and then edit it to upload an attachment.

Can you please provide the name and version of your browser in XP and the one you're using in Win7?

Does the url change after you've hit the upload button? If so, it may be the auto refresh issue. If the url does change in the address bar, try re-previewing and see if the images show then.

I experience the auto refresh issue in chrome, and I'd bet he's experiencing the same.

It looks like I must put any text in after I attach a file. I stumbled on the difference accidentally.
Thanks for the help.
